According to the rules of this competition, all participants/participating organizations are deemed to have confirmed and complied with the following rules and requirements.
1.Originality Statement
The participants/participating organizations shall guarantee that all the research results produced during the competition do not infringe the intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Otherwise, the participants/participating institution shall bear all the liabilities and losses arising therefrom.
2.Confidentiality obligation
All the information disclosed or provided by the organizer of the competition (including but not limited to the data and codes of the competition (if any) for open download) shall be kept confidential.
3.Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of the algorithms and other research results independently developed by the participants/participating organizations shall be owned by the participants/participating organizations according to law. The Competition organizer has the right to display and publicize all entries. Without authorization, no other unit or individual may transfer, copy, reprint, disseminate or extract the works in any form.
4.Declaration of Consent
The participants/participating organizations fully understands and agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the competition. The Competition Organizing Committee has the right to make the final decision on all the winning works.
